Culinary Events Coordinator

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading a team of culinary professionals and collaborating with event planners to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes at events, ensuring consistency and quality standards are met.
  • Lead a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Collaborate with event managers and function supervisors to meet client needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the executive chef to develop menus that meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Degree or certificate in hospitality management or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a 5-star hotel, large-scale restaurant, or catering company.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality events and menus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods.
