Event Production Manager Job Description

We are a full-service catering company offering a range of food experiences. A culinary experience is a delicious, colorful celebration of food designed to excite and delight customers with unique flavors, fun, and creativity.

We cater to corporate, weddings, and private events.

As our key production manager, you will help facilitate event execution from start to finish. This involves ensuring timely task completion - from packaging and equipment delivery to venue setup and post-event servicing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Packaging & Deliveries: overseeing the packaging and delivery of food for clients on a daily basis.
  • At Headquarters: being an integral part of the business, taking accountability for assets and equipment.
  • Onsite: responsible for equipment setup, cleaning, and bump-in/bump-out.
  • Maintenance + Process Flow: working with the Director and Chef to implement efficient process flow in logistics and production.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years experience in the hospitality business or similar Trade qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to think on your feet and problem solve Takes responsibility for tasks and executes with care A 'can-do' attitude & team player Feedback and willingness to learn Understanding of food safety and hygiene practice Existing valid visa to work in Australia
