Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our water team as a Senior Structural Engineer.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and engineering of water treatment plants, reservoirs, hydraulic structures, pump stations, and conveyance pipelines
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs
  • Provide innovative solutions and services to clients both on and off-site
  • Work collaboratively in a supportive environment that values diversity and continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering
  • At least 10 years' experience in water treatment and/or conveyance design
  • In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, constructability, and operational practices as well as relevant Australian standards and WSAA codes
  • Ability to travel occasionally as work demands
