We are seeking an experienced professional to join our multidisciplinary water team in Newcastle.

Your role will involve designing and engineering of water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, pump stations and conveyance pipelines, as well as building strong client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or closely related field
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in water and wastewater treatment and/or conveyance design
  • Knowledge of safety in design, constructability and operational practices and relevant Australian standards and WSAA codes
  • Knowledge of risk management with ability to identify project and design related risks
  • Experience in managing small to medium engineering design projects
  • Commitment to working safely, and within company's health, safety, environment and quality systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills to interact with broad range of audiences
