Job Title

As a Learning and Development Partner, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and executing learning initiatives that foster a strong learning culture.

This role involves partnering with key stakeholders to design and deliver a learning strategy, building stakeholder relationships, and understanding business needs to proactively offer training and learning solutions.

You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop training materials and storyboards, use eLearning authoring tools to build blended learning solutions, and facilitate training and team workshops. Travel across Victoria may be required to facilitate training, and you will also be responsible for building stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and proactively offer training and learning solutions.

  • Strong foundation in learning theories and instructional design;
  • Experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and adult learning principles;

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, develop your skills in instructional design, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key responsibilities include:
