Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Orthopedic Specialist in Sydney. As a key player, you will drive the adoption and utilisation of CORI for knee & hip arthroplasty in the NSW region.

You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional clinical support to customers, under mentorship from the Territory Manager and direct line manager.

 

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires technical expertise in CORI. You will:

  1. Provide outstanding clinical support to customers on products while maintaining high product knowledge.
  2. Support surgical procedures in hospital environments on a range of products as required.
  3. Manage clinical training and in-servicing schedules aligned with sales strategies.
  4. Enhance operating efficiencies by managing surgeon preferences and integrating warehouse and customer service initiatives.
  5. Ensure the appropriate execution of shared calendars.
  6. Foster good teamwork, communication, and execution across state sales teams.

 

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in medical fields or tertiary qualifications in science or medical-related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in orthopaedic and/or endoscopy fields will be essential.
  • Extensive understanding of orthopaedic and/or endoscopy products and industry – technical terminology and clinical knowledge.
  • Good understanding of operating theatre environments and surgical procedures.
  • Good understanding of Australian public and private healthcare systems.
  • A knowledge of selling skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is around AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 depending on experience.
