Job Summary

As an In Room Dining Attendant, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering personalized service to our guests in keeping with our high standards of excellence. You will work closely with our food and beverage team to ensure seamless execution of room service orders, while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and organization in our back of house areas.



Responsibilities


  • Deliver room service to guests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to our operating procedure guidelines.
  • Understand and meet the needs of our guests, providing exceptional service with each customer interaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized back of house area, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and easily accessible.
  • Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms, as needed.
  • Provide excellent service to guests by assisting with food and beverage delivery, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Support the food and beverage team in general operational tasks, such as cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Bld relationships with existing and new guests, providing legendary service and exceeding their expectations.


Requirements


  • An up-to-date RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to escalate your career.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to think critically and come up with smart solutions to challenges.
