Luxury Sales Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance through outstanding customer service and engagement, while upholding the Maison's heritage and spirit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving strong sales turnover for the Boutique, meeting targets set by the Boutique Manager, while adhering to discount policies and key performance indicators.
- Providing personalized service to customers, welcoming and handling clients with respect for the Maison's standards, adapting to individual needs, and ensuring seamless sales experiences.
- Handling customer cases efficiently, following up on issues and communicating problems to the Boutique Manager.
- Contribute to effective stock management, product reception, transfer, inventory, and pricing, ensuring accurate handling and pricing of products.
- Adhering to brand guidelines, procedures, and protocols, participating in boutique meetings, and staying informed about business developments and competitors.
