Employee Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the workforce experience across various sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of employee services, ensuring effective implementation of policies and procedures.

This includes championing workplace health and safety (WHS) and upholding food safety standards, conducting training, investigations, and induction programs to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

A key aspect of this role is building relationships across various teams and sites, making a meaningful impact on our organisation and the communities we serve.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years' experience in managing large-scale operations with knowledge of recruitment and payroll procedures
