About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled data analyst to join our team as a People and Culture Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming workforce data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

  • Design and develop dashboards and reports to provide meaningful insights into workforce metrics and trends.
  • Create scalable reporting frameworks and automate recurring reports to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies across People systems and maintain high levels of data integrity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, distilling complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Support system enhancements and contribute to digital transformation initiatives to improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
About You
  • Possess a tertiary qualification in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrate at least 6 years of experience in data analytics or reporting, with a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.
  • Be proficient in using data and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Showcase experience working with HRIS systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
  • Prove your ability to manage projects, implement systems, and build reporting frameworks that meet business needs.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights.
  • Display strong analytical skills, with a talent for turning business needs into data-driven solutions.
