Senior People and Culture Business Partner Role

This is a strategic position within our organization, focusing on shaping workforce strategies and driving positive change. As a trusted advisor, you will partner closely with leaders to navigate complex employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with executives and leaders to resolve complex employment issues, including conflict resolution, underperformance, misconduct, medical incapacity, grievances, and complaints.
  • Manage risk and escalation with confidence and care, enhancing current processes and practices.
  • Co-create smarter, more efficient workforce strategies, providing expert guidance on the people side of change.
About You
  • You have experience advising senior leaders on complex workforce matters, interpreting industrial instruments and policy requirements.
  • Proven track record of managing a wide range of employee matters, using fair, consistent, and best practice approaches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with evidence-based recommendations.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to implement workforce strategies in dynamic environments.
