Workforce Leadership Role

A senior leader is required to design and execute a forward-looking workforce strategy for a company undergoing growth and transformation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic workforce plan that aligns with long-term goals and talent needs.
  • Oversee the development of capability frameworks to grow internal capability and drive succession planning.
  • Foster cultural leadership and embed high performance through change management frameworks and leadership capability building.
  • Lead the continued development of performance systems and recognition programs.
  • Enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and people policy suite.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership, preferably within professional services or government environments.
  • Expertise in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, cultural transformation, and leadership development.
  • Experience building and embedding capability frameworks, L&D strategy, and performance models.
  • Strong understanding of change management theory and practice, including experience leading transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influence at Executive and Board level.
