Role Overview:

As an HSEQ Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards. You will work closely with site management and employees to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HSEQ guidance and support to management and staff, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Promote a proactive HSEQ culture through effective communication and recognition of safe practices.
  • Assist in the implementation of safety initiatives and corrective actions to enhance workplace safety.
  • Conduct thorough incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and regulators to address compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and procedures to support HSEQ objectives.
  • Facilitate toolbox talks and safety briefings to engage employees in HSEQ matters.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
