We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Officer in the Casual Pool at the South Coast District Hospital.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging health environment, providing a high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative service to clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reception services, including admission and discharge of patients
  • Prepare and run client information reports
  • Perform word processing and data entry tasks
  • Provide clerical and administrative support

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a reception and medical records department
  • Well-organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision and prioritize workloads
  • Proven competence in preparing medical casenotes and data entry
