We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Officer in the Casual Pool at the South Coast District Hospital.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging health environment, providing a high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative service to clients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reception services, including admission and discharge of patients
- Prepare and run client information reports
- Perform word processing and data entry tasks
- Provide clerical and administrative support
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a reception and medical records department
- Well-organized with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision and prioritize workloads
- Proven competence in preparing medical casenotes and data entry
