This role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests and addressing their queries effectively.
- Collaborating with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance procedures are followed.
- Reporting any technical issues or maintenance needs to the relevant authorities.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
