Guest Services Ambassador Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, manage check-ins, and provide orientation at events
  • Coordinate with security to maintain a safe environment
  • Assist with event setup, manage guest lists, and provide on-site support
  • Coordinate high-level visits and personalized experiences for executives and key clients
  • Collect feedback, implement improvements, and enhance guest experiences
  • Work with various teams to align guest services with overall company objectives
  • Maintain visitor records, prepare reports, and manage guest-related activities

The ideal candidate will have experience working in hospitality, business administration, or a related field, with strong administrative skills and a warm and welcoming nature. They will be able to work flexibly and accommodate rotating shifts and weekend events as needed.
