Job Description

At the heart of our community, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Ambassador. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

The Guest Experience Ambassador will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive and enjoyable experience during their stay with us. This includes greeting guests warmly, answering questions and providing information about our hotel and its amenities, and assisting guests with any requests or concerns they may have.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and able to work well under pressure. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, then we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all guests have a positive and enjoyable experience during their stay
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist guests with any requests or concerns they may have
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
