Hotel Guest Service Specialist

 

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and welcoming Hotel Guest Service Specialist to provide exceptional service to our guests, responding promptly and efficiently during check in, check out and throughout their stay.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will be required to attend to incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, while maintaining accurate guest accounts and ensuring all charges are accurate and posted in a timely manner.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality service, be flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per business demands, and possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a Front Office, preferably in 5 star hotels.
  • Demonstrated ability to 'surprise' and delight our guests.
  • Confidence and ability to approach people to initiate conversations.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per business demands.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral & written.
  • A valid manual driver's license is preferred.
