Hotel Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle pressure well, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

The successful candidate will work efficiently and effectively under pressure, handling guest luggage and responding to queries in a prompt and courteous manner.

The role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a 5-star standard, and working collaboratively with the Front Office Department.

Requirements:
