Guest Service Professional

Our hotel is looking for a reliable and energetic guest service professional to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and other needs.
  • Assist guests with their departure, including handling and transporting luggage to and from their vehicles.
  • Understand the hotel facilities and their locations as well as understanding Sydney and the locations to visit when a guest inquires.

Requirements:

  • Well groomed.
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage, and other items.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A 'can do' attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights and public holidays.
