About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Panthers Penrith. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in our restaurants.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with basic food preparation, including sandwich toasting and plating food, to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
  • Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Waiter/Waitress Duties: Deliver food and drinks to our patrons in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Floor Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy floor area, including table clearing, glass and plate collection, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions through the register and handle cash duties accurately and efficiently.
  • General Cleaning: Assist with general cleaning duties as required to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in our restaurants.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 12 months experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Certifications: RSA and RCG Certificates are highly desirable.
  • Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, weekdays, and public holidays.
