About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Panthers Penrith as a Promotions Assistant. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Promotions Coordinator to deliver outstanding customer service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests at all times.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotions, raffles, and events.
  • Host and call Bingo and Cash Housie sessions.
  • Inform members and guests of upcoming events and promotions.
  • Set up and pack down of rooms.
  • Cash handling and processing.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to Panthers policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate and liaise with a range of customers, and a strong work ethic. You will be punctual, flexible, and reliable, with a positive and happy attitude to work. You will also possess the following essential skills and competencies:

Requirements:

  • RSA and RCG Certificates (essential).
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience (desirable).
  • 1-3 years of cash handling experience (desirable).
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
