About This Role

As a Commercial Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing broker portfolios, enhancing engagement, and driving new business opportunities. At Bridgit, we focus on activation—engaging brokers, educating them on our products, and driving business growth through persistence and strong relationships. We're looking for someone who can handle rejection, stay determined, and maintain a proactive approach.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor assigned broker portfolios through various channels to provide exceptional service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, policies, and loan structuring to offer informed guidance.
  • Discuss loan scenarios and structures with mortgage brokers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our network.
  • Increase broker utilization through engagement and education.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Persistence and determination to engage brokers and drive activation.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Problem-solving and collaboration skills with a keen attention to detail.
