Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team at Fitness Passport. As a Network Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our network of fitness partners across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Fitness Passport's network of fitness partners.
  2. Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party facility providers to ensure favorable commercial arrangements.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor and maintain the quality of the gym network.
  4. Prospect and onboard new facilities and channel partners to ensure a high-quality, expansive network.
  5. Develop and implement profitable new employer programs in partnership with the Head of Finance.
  6. Negotiate and manage risks related to the gym network's capacity and availability.
  7. Foster strong relationships with current and potential facility suppliers to ensure high-quality product offerings.
  8. Track KPIs and provide timely reports on network development activities to senior management.

About You:

  • A demonstrated leader with 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including facilities and channel partners.
  • Experienced in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management and commercial agreements.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and data management, with solid financial and commercial literacy.
  • Willing and able to travel as required.
