About The Role\
As a Commercial Growth Director, you will lead our efforts to drive new customer acquisition and ensure profitability through ideating, sizing, prioritising and executing a broad range of initiatives.
  • This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is strategically and commercially minded, can problem solve from first principles and with expert stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve performance and can rally support for initiatives across multiple teams by maintaining a strong rapport with stakeholders.
  • You will be reporting to the Director of Growth & Product Strategy for HelloFresh in Australia, working closely with various teams to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, managing cross-functional teams, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
About You
  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 6+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or growth marketing (direct to consumer preferred) or corporate/business unit strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, coach and motivate direct reports towards business objectives, and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in business, finance or STEM discipline, and experience and proficiency in financial/operational modeling and strong analytical skills.
