Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing winning tenders and proposals from the planning phase of an opportunity, through the development of a winning bid, approvals and governance requirements, to negotiations, contract award and handover to operations.

  • Lead assigned tender teams through the tender and post tender phases of opportunities ensuring bids and tenders are planned, prepared and delivered in line with business strategy
  • Write and produce bid and tender development process plans, preparing for negotiation and handover phase
  • Ensure all bids are properly shaped and appropriate win themes and go/no-go processes are undertaken
  • Manage internal governance processes associated with opportunities based on risk, time schedule and cost in accordance with standard procedures
  • Manage stakeholder communications, queries, negotiations and post-tender interviews
  • Assist in identifying and building a robust pipeline of potential new opportunities
  • Assist in delivering client presentations
