Therapist Role

We are seeking experienced therapists to provide life-changing therapy to clients. As a therapist, no two days will be the same.

  • Working in diverse settings; from homes and schools to community centres and workplaces
  • Utilizing assessment and intervention skills to support clients in achieving their goals and maximizing funding opportunities
  • Building meaningful relationships with the clients and their supporters (family, carers, friends)
  • Developing and implementing behaviour plans with function-based strategies, utilising positive behaviour support framework
  • Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
  • Collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges

The role requires a relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor, Masters or Graduate Diploma) and relevant registration such as an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse or degree in Psychology, Psychological/Social Science or related field.
