We are seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team.
About the Role- Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments to understand the underlying causes of challenging behaviours.
- Develop and implement tailored positive behaviour support plans.
- Provide training and support to individuals, families, and support teams on plan implementation.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to provide comprehensive support.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour support plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate client records and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Passionate and patient individual with a strong commitment to person-centred support.
- Experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and relevant qualifications and NDIS Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
