Are you a Behaviour Support Practitioner looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

We are seeking qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner at our organisation, no two days will be the same. You'll work in diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.

  • You will utilize assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
  • You will build meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
  • You will develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, utilising positive behaviour support framework.
  • You will conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA).
  • You will collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.

To succeed as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor, Masters or Graduate Diploma) and relevant registration.
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and be a team player.
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • A valid Australian drivers license.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Childrens Check.
