Cloud Contact Centre Specialist

Seeking an experienced contact centre professional to provide technical support for cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert-level technical assistance for cloud contact centre technologies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contact centre environments, with certifications in Avaya, Verint or NICE CXOne highly preferred
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and extensive hands-on experience in ITIL environments
- Hands-on troubleshooting expertise on contact centre solutions/applications
- Experience in unified communications and contact centre design, implementation, and operation
- Detailed knowledge of major contact centre technologies including SIP routing, AWS and cloud technologies
- Able to clearly understand complex technical documents
- Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating strong organisational skills, and excel in high-pressure environments
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:- Australian citizenship
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contact centre environments
- Certifications in Avaya, Verint or NICE CXOne highly preferred
