Technical Support Specialist for Cloud Contact Centre Technologies

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise in cloud contact centre technologies. We are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to join our operations team on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting experience on cloud contact centre solutions.
  • As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team and develop your skills and career in a rapidly evolving industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in contact centre technology with certifications in Avaya, Verint or NICE CXOne.
  • In-depth familiarity with ITIL processes (Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management) and extensive hands-on experience in ITIL environments.
  • Hands-on experience in UC & CC design, implementation, and operation.
  • Knowledge of major contact centre technologies including NICE CXOne SBCs and SIP routing, AWS and cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly understand detailed design documents.
  • Proficiency in working independently, demonstrating strong organizational skills, and excelling in high-pressure environments.
