Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years contact centre experience. Avaya, Verint or NICE CXOne certifications highly preferred.
- In-depth familiarity with ITIL processes (especially Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management) and extensive hands-on experience in ITIL environments,
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience on any Contact Centre solutions/applications
- Experience in UC & CC design, implementation, and operation.
- Knowledge of major contact centre technologies including: NICE CXOne SBCs and SIP routing AWS and cloud technologies
- Demonstrated ability to clearly understand detailed design documents for discussion
- Proficiency in working independently, demonstrating strong organizational skills, and excelling in high-pressure environments.
