Site Supervisor Job Description

A Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. They oversee various tasks, including managing large loss insurance repairs, assessing and reporting on property damage, and maintaining client relationships.

This position involves working on predominantly storm-damaged metal roofs, requiring strong leadership skills to manage trades and ensure jobs progress smoothly without delay. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be trade qualified, and hold a QBCC Supervisors License or have the ability to obtain one.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Managing large value repairs, predominantly roof repairs
  • Assessing and reporting on property damage
  • Managing client relationships, including conflict resolution and providing high-level customer service
  • Managing trades and ensuring jobs are progressing smoothly and without delay
