Project Director for Large-Scale Construction Projects
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of multiple large-scale construction projects across Queensland. This is a senior leadership role where you will be responsible for managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deliver multiple major construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop and oversee project programs, timelines, and forecasts.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols on site.
- Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, and project performance tracking.
- Coordinate and order materials as required.
- Monitor and supervise works to ensure compliance with specifications and client expectations.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in project planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of safety management systems and compliance.
- Experience working with ITPs and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to problem solve and manage competing priorities.
