Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to take on the role of Project Manager and lead our team in delivering a high-profile project based on the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute large-scale construction projects with strong judgment, discretion, and process compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Motivate and direct teams to achieve project objectives, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in supporting or managing the delivery of large-scale, complex projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and engage stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
