Student Liaison Officer

The Prospective Student Officer plays a vital role in representing RMIT University in an appropriate manner and encouraging prospective students to take advantage of our offerings. This position is responsible for managing contact channels, meeting and exceeding student recruitment sales targets, and maintaining a CRM database.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple contact channels, including phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face interactions.
- Meet and exceed student recruitment sales targets while ensuring accurate CRM database maintenance.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RMIT University's offerings and be able to communicate this effectively to prospective students.
- Work collaboratively with the Global Student Recruitment Team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales or customer service environment with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Experience with CRM systems and ability to effectively manage and maintain data.
