Student Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Manager to join our team at Acknowledge Education. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our programs and services.
Reporting to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, formulating sales plans, and conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with migration and education agents globally, providing them with comprehensive information on our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify potential clients, formulate sales plans, and conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Agent Servicing: Build and maintain strong relationships with migration and education agents globally, providing them with comprehensive information on our programs and services.
- Student Advisory: Proactively reach out to potential students via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, providing them with detailed information on our programs, requirements, and financial aid options.
- Administration: Employ CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, monitor sales, generate reports, and respond to client inquiries, assist applicants, and provide status updates.
About You
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Ideally, you will have:
- A background in the education industry or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales or administration experience.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work with constant changes.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to our diverse learner community.
- Strong cross-functional thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- A valid Working with Children Check, which will be reimbursed by Acknowledge Education if you are successfully hired for this role.
