Job Title: Bid Manager

A skilled Bid Manager is required to lead the preparation of capability statements, expressions of interest and tenders for engineering, procurement and construction contracts.   • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Ensuring timely and accurate tendering of all potential works;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline;
  • 5+ years of experience in bid management in the construction industry;
  • Experience in preparing tenders for EPC contracts, collaborative contracting and alliance contracts;
  • Knowledge of estimating, contract management, program management, logistics management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation and administration management;
  • High level of understanding of detailed engineering, planning and scheduling;
  • Ability to evaluate information quickly, identifying key issues and formulating conclusions based on sound, practical judgement, experience and common sense.
