Job Title: Bid/Tender Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Bid/Tender Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about tender submissions, bid responses, and proposal development.

Tender Submission Responsibilities
  • Compiling and coordinating tender submissions, including company project bids and proposals;
  • Designing and formatting tender documentation to meet client requirements;
  • Supporting compliant bid responses through collaboration with internal experts and contractors;
  • Liaising with internal and external personnel to ensure timely submission of tenders.
Key Activities
  • Conducting thorough research and gathering relevant corporate information, product details, and other necessary materials;
  • Serving as the central point of contact for opportunities, including registration, submissions, and correspondence;
  • Initiating proposal kick-off meetings and preparing detailed proposal schedules and compliance matrices;
  • Continuously improving the proposal and bid process framework;
  • Managing digital media content and platforms to ensure consistency and brand integrity;
  • Custodianship of corporate branding guidelines and ensuring all business materials are compliant;
  • Facilitating and monitoring CRM opportunities software to optimize results.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must reside in Western Australia and possess full Australian working rights. A strong understanding of tender submissions, bid responses, and proposal development is essential. Additionally, excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work under pressure, are highly desirable.
