About the Role

We are seeking a skilled administrator to assist in the preparation and submission of tender proposals.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Western Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Document Preparation: Assist in populating and completing tender proposal documents, ensuring all required information is included and submitted accurately and on time.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to generate necessary information and documentation for tender proposal submissions.
  • Communication: Monitor tender proposal progress, communicate with relevant authorities, and provide feedback and analysis to the management team.
  • Compliance: Ensure tender proposal submissions comply with requirements.
  • Database Management: Plan, organise, and maintain a database of tender proposal related documents for easy reference and reporting.

Requirements

Applicants will be highly skilled professionals with qualifications in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

They should possess strategic thinking skills, be strong communicators with great interpersonal skills, and have a go-getter attitude.
