**Proposal Coordinator Specialist Role**

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating and preparing high-quality submissions and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management, multitasking and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail is also essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating EOI and Tender documents and formatting submissions
  • Maintaining professional and courteous communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring proposals are formatted and comply with company guidelines and customer requirements
  • Liaising with team members to ensure timely submission of bids

This is a non-technical data role that requires the ability to format and collate management plans/methodologies.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and diplomacy skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
