About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Concierge to join our team at Brook Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Concierge team to deliver prompt, courteous, and personalized service to guests and tenants.
  • Coordinate Concierge team start, break, and finish times to ensure Tower coverage.
  • Be the first point of contact for high-level staff and clients, handling phone correspondence and managing passes.
  • Assist and attend to visitors' inquiries, prepare meeting rooms, and perform ad-hoc duties as requested by tenants.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of team management experience, with hospitality or concierge experience highly desirable.
  • Professional presentation and friendly approach, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly ethical standards and respect for privacy.
