Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic Front Office Team at Sir Stamford at Circular Quay. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and handling various tasks to ensure the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide efficient and professional service to guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Task Management: Handle various tasks, including preparing group arrivals, handling foreign exchange transactions, and reporting any complaints or suspicious actions to the Assistant Manager on duty or the Front Office Manager.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Front Office Team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous hotel experience is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of a reservations system, such as Opera, is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, excellent customer service skills, and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
