Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the Welcome and Whatever/Whenever teams to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
  • Drive the implementation of our Whatever/Whenever culture and Bonvoy loyalty program to enhance the guest experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, including VIPs and groups, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Rooms team to direct and work with all areas of the hotel's operations, including Talent and department heads.
  • Continuously improve guest and talent satisfaction through training and development initiatives.
  • Work a rotating fortnightly roster to ensure 24/7 coverage of the Welcome Desk.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle guest complaints and issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and systems, including Opera PMS.
