The Graduate Procurement Support Officer role is a key entry-level position in the procurement team. The successful candidate will embark on a 4-week training period, followed by a 6-month graduate program, and then return to their role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage demand, raise purchase orders, and communicate with suppliers.
  • Review new sales orders and escalate any supply gaps, incorrect pricing, or unplanned sales.
  • Monitor the shipping schedule and escalate any delays or issues.
  • Ensure product invoices match agreed pricing, terms, and purchase order.
  • Liaise with suppliers and others to gather relevant documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock allocations.
Professional Development:
  • Participate in a 6-month rotating program that provides opportunities to learn and develop across various departments, including sales, product development, technical, warehouse, marketing, customer service, and planning.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals in the food industry.
  • Support managers in each department with project-based activities while being mentored and coached.
