Procurement Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the regional procurement strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving cost optimisation and supplier performance improvements within fast-paced environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities across ANZ for both direct and indirect categories
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with regional and global priorities
  • Manage a team of professionals to achieve optimal results
  • Owning supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management and performance reviews
  • Maintain visibility over category trends, supplier risk, and cost drivers to deliver year-on-year value
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across supply chain, R&D, and commercial
  • Ensure adherence to group procurement policies and drive process improvements
Requirements:
  • Proven procurement experience within FMCG or similarly fast-paced, product-led environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across matrixed and multinational businesses
  • Exposure to both direct and indirect spend categories preferred
  • Ideal experience in managing small teams
