Unlock Your Potential as a Strategic Procurement Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced procurement professional to join our team, where you will facilitate strategy development and execution, sourcing, and supplier partnership for a designated portfolio.

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and support the development of global sourcing initiatives.

  • Execute strategic procurement project pipelines, including creation of sourcing strategies, internal needs assessment, market analysis, management of sourcing events (RfX), leading negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting/contract approval cycles.

  • Build and maintain market intelligence to understand cost drivers, inflation trends, market dynamics, and opportunities for innovation or other business benefits.

  • Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to align mid-and-long-term strategies based on business needs and strategic objectives.

  • Define and manage annual ESG and productivity projects related to category goods/services in collaboration with procurement operations teams and functional counterparts.

  • Lead supplier relationship management (SRM) and supplier development programs in partnership with key stakeholders and strategic suppliers to deliver on strategic agendas and drive competitive advantage for the business.

  • Measure and manage procurement category performance against business needs.

About this role:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing/industrial environment.

  • Experience in managing commercial, IT, and corporate services will be highly regarded.

  • Tertiary qualified, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and business procurement systems.

  • Proven experience in managing and executing procurement category strategies, leading RFX and negotiations, contract development and execution, stakeholder engagement, and supplier relationship management.

  • Strong analytical skills, confident in problem-solving, with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Ability to work with local and global stakeholders to drive business growth, innovation, and sustainability.

  • Experience in managing spend under management, category complexity, and supplier performance to deliver commercial impact.
