As Sales Manager - Wild Bush Luxury, you will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of agent partners, wholesalers, and ITOs, both domestically and internationally. You will proactively identify new business opportunities, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and optimise revenue through tactical pricing, package development, and targeted marketing campaigns. You will also represent Wild Bush Luxury at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions, delivering presentations and product training to strengthen partnerships and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts and developing new trade partnerships
  • Analyse markets, competitors, and emerging trends to inform pricing and sales strategies
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and pricing with trade partners
  • Deliver engaging presentations, training sessions, and famils for trade partners
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to develop tailored packages and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor account performance, respond to feedback, and manage complaints professionally
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations for the CCO and leadership team

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar tourism sales role, ideally in luxury travel
  • Strong industry contacts and proven ability to drive sales and revenue
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using market insights to guide strategy
  • Commercially focused with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing (desirable)
