
Key Account Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Key Account Business Partner to support our sales team and key accounts across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support including organizing meetings, developing PowerPoint slide decks, taking meeting minutes, and database administration/reconciliation.
- Support and coordinate key account projects and change initiatives.
- Develop relationships with relevant stakeholders within each key account to support operational effectiveness.
- Support the development and maintenance of Key Account Plans.
- Coordinate and prepare for Key Account Meetings with appropriate follow-up on actions.
- Provide administrative and analytical support with regards to the development of quotes, proposals, agreements, and tenders.
- Work closely with the Systems Analyst to support the development and daily monitoring of sales performance and SLA reports and be responsible for coordinating regular joint operational meetings (taking minutes and following up on actions internally).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with database administration.
