Job Opportunity

The Senior Account Executive plays a crucial role in supporting clients in Australia, acting as their trusted business partner and expert advisor.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a valued partner to clients
  • Become an expert in the market
  • Ensure effective and efficient client training and onboarding of new clients
  • Educate customers about the most relevant features/functionalities for their specific business needs
  • Liaise directly with the industry on all survey-based related collateral
  • Run final quality checks for the Radio Ratings seal of quality
  • Develop fact-based answers to complex key business questions
  • Help improve renewal rate by demonstrating clear business outcome and value
Requirements
  • Ideal 1-2 years of experience in media/radio industry
  • Excellent language skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, client-centric approach
  • Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams
  • Ability to address real-world business problems analytically
  • Driving delivery of results with a strong attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Strong skills in Salesforce and MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
